I coach leaders to articulate outcomes without exaggeration and without apology. Facts. Results. Decisions influenced. Once they do this consistently, recognition follows. Career conversations change. Promotions accelerate. Not because they changed performance, but because they changed perception.
Strategic visibility is not about talking more. It is about speaking at the right moment with the right framing. Leaders who master this skill stay credible and respected. They do not oversell. They do not hide.
