About Your Coach
After leaving a career in Computer Sciences and years of navigating different industries, I discovered that building strong cultures and solid leaders was my mission. I went on to sharpen my coaching skills, I learned to embrace a growth mindset and I developed a proven coaching methodology. I’ve worked with thousands of leaders, organizations, and teams in over 80 countries in the past two decades. I help their culture and team performance to reach their next level in a safe, fun & highly effective way.
I’m excited to pursue my mission: to create a more inclusive world based on effective leadership and better communication.

- I inspire and train clients in technology, engineering, pharmaceutical, consulting, telecom, academia, and elite sports organizations/athletes.
Fun fact: I love salsa dancing and FC Barcelona football fan. My energetic personality and humor can create a-ha moments, laughter, and inspiration across cultures.
